Reflections, Insights, and Questions from April 5th and 12th…”Cross/Resurrection 2009″

Reflections, Insights from week 4 “Justice” 3-15-09

Hey everyone, I hope you are doing great.  Sunday was an incredible journey into Matthew looking at Justice.  Pastor Chad defined justice as “the pursuit of others the same way Jesus pursuid us.”  We were challenged to align the confession of mouths with the actions of our lives as we pursue justice.  We would love to hear any comments, insights, or questions you have about justice this past Sunday or anything else on your heart.

Meeting at the Crossroads, week 2: Journey…reflections and insights

In week 2 of our series, “Meeting at the Crossroads” we looked at our core value of “Journey” through the lens of Acts 2:42-47.  We saw that a group of people that come together and are devoted to teaching, fellowship, and prayer along with sharing the totality of their lives with each other will experience the good will of the people and God will add to their number daily.

Feb. 2 “let me out of here!” week 1

Sunday we started a new series “let me out of here!” looking at Jesus through the lens of Mark 1. We said that it is through our practice of “repenting and believing” that we not only cast out those evil spirits that seek to keep us opposed to Jesus but we let Jesus out of the religious box and back on the throne of our lives and the church. We’d love to hear how Jesus stirred in your life through Sunday’s worship experience.

Reflections from Jan. 25th worship experience.

This past Sunday (Jan. 25) we finished up our series on Marriage and looked at how God has a call upon our Marriage and that our people should look at our marriages and get a glimpse of how much God loves them.  Our marriages are a tool for God to continue freeing, rescuing, redeeming, and bringing His people back to Him.  We’d love to hear your comments about this worship experience and the series as a whole.
